These Terms are between you (and the business you represent) and ServiceRig LLC. By creating an account or using ServiceRig, you agree to them. If you're accepting on behalf of a company, you represent that you're authorized to do so.
ServiceRig is field service management software for plumbing businesses — estimates, dispatch, CRM, invoicing, payments, a mobile app, and AI features (RigAI). Some features are in active development and may change or be labeled early access.
You're responsible for your account, your users, and keeping login credentials secure. Access is measured in "slots" — anyone who logs in uses one slot, and every slot receives the full platform, with permissions controlling who can do what.
Founding memberships are offered in limited waves and are billed annually only — there is no month-to-month founding option. The founding rate is tied to your account, survives switching between paid plans, and is intended to be locked for as long as your account remains active and in good standing. A lapse in payment beyond the stated grace period forfeits the founding rate. Founding members agree to the separate Founding Partner terms provided at enrollment (including feedback participation and permission to reference your business).
Card payments — yours to us, and your customers' to you — are handled by our payment processor (Stripe) under their terms. You authorize us and our processor to charge your payment method for amounts due under these Terms.
You own your data and the customer data you put into ServiceRig. You grant us the limited rights needed to host and process it to provide the service. You're responsible for having the right to input that data and for your obligations to your own customers. Our handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.
Don't use ServiceRig to break the law, send unlawful or unconsented messages, infringe others' rights, attempt to breach security, or resell the service without permission. You're responsible for your own compliance with texting/telemarketing rules (including obtaining customer consent) when you send messages through the platform.
RigAI generates drafts — estimates, messages, summaries, reports — to speed up your work. They are starting points you must review; they are not professional, legal, financial, or code-compliance advice, and you are responsible for what you send and price. Pricing accuracy depends on your pricebook.
We work hard to keep ServiceRig running and secure, but the service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. Some third-party-dependent features (for example, carrier verification for customer texting, or warranty-portal integrations) are subject to those third parties' timelines and availability.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ServiceRig is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
You can stop using ServiceRig at any time; we can suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or create risk. We aim to give notice and a chance to export your data where reasonable. Non-payment may result in read-only suspension before termination.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules, and disputes will be handled in the courts located in Texas, unless otherwise required by law.
We may update these Terms; we'll update the date above and notify you of material changes. Questions? Call (903) 401-6639 or email support@servicerig.io. ServiceRig LLC, Commerce, Texas.
