SMS and Voice Communications
ServiceRig sends transactional SMS messages and handles voice calls on behalf of our contractor customers ("Tenants"). This includes:
- Appointment confirmations and reminders
- Estimate and invoice delivery notifications
- Job status updates
- Payment confirmations and receipts
- AI receptionist interactions for inbound customer calls
Opt-In: Customers opt in to receive SMS messages by voluntarily providing their phone number when requesting service, booking an appointment, or during in-person service intake. Phone numbers are only used for service-related transactional messages.
Opt-Out: You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. You may opt back in by replying START.

Message Frequency: Message frequency varies based on service activity. Standard message and data rates may apply.
We do not send marketing or promotional SMS messages through this service. All messages are transactional and directly related to services requested by the recipient.

Service Providers
We share data with trusted third-party service providers who help us operate our Platform:

- Telnyx — SMS, voice, and AI phone services

Data Retention
We retain your information for as long as necessary to provide our services and comply with legal obligations:
- Active account data is retained while your account is active

- Call recordings are retained for 90 days unless a longer period is required
- Backup data may persist up to 90 days after deletion
- Anonymized and aggregated data may be retained indefinitely
