# ServiceRig

> Field-service management software for **plumbing companies**, built and tested by a working Texas master plumber (TSBPE M-45353). Dispatch, CRM, estimates, invoicing, payments, an AI receptionist, and a 457-item plumbing pricebook — every feature on every plan. Priced by slots, not seats.

## Pricing (canonical)

Slot-based, not per-seat. Every slot gets the full platform; permissions decide who does what, not the bill. A card is kept on file on every plan (Free has no monthly charge); fees settle daily and itemized.

The platform fee is charged **on top of** standard card processing (~2.9%), on payments you actually process through ServiceRig — record cash/checks free.

- **The Founding 100** — first 100 plumbing companies, **annual billing only**, founding rate locked for life (Wave 1: 50% off subscription for life; Waves 2–3: 50% for 12 months then 25% for life). The platform fee is the same for everyone and is never discounted.
