The fine print, out loud.

Is the discount really for life?
Wave 1: yes — 50% off your subscription for as long as you're a customer. Waves 2–3: 50% for 12 months, then a permanent 25% Founding rate. Rates survive plan switches between Essentials and Max, and end only if you cancel (a lapse over 60 days counts as canceling).
What about the platform fee?
Same as every customer, on every plan. The fee only applies to card/ACH payments processed through ServiceRig — recording cash and checks is always free. We only make money when you collect money; that alignment doesn't get discounted.
What if the product breaks on me?
It might — that's partly what Wave 1 is for, and it's why Wave 1 gets the biggest reward and founder-level support. Waves open only when the previous wave is stable; we publish what broke and what we fixed. You'll never be a beta tester without being treated like one.
Do I have to say nice things?
No. You agree to two testimonials and a case study if and only if you approve them — with your real numbers, labeled "Founding member" for honesty. If it's not working, we'd rather fix it than quote you.
What happens after spot #100?
Founding rates are retired permanently. That's the whole point of the number.
